As the Design Lead, I spearheaded the 0-to-1 design and UX strategy for Linktree's in-house Media Kit, defining an industry-first framework that transforms raw creator metrics into authenticated "proof of influence." I owned the end-to-end user experience from blank canvas to cross-functional alignment, designing both the intuitive creator management editor and the public-facing, responsive profile overlay. To tackle the tension between data transparency for brands and privacy for creators, I established a core product principle of "positive framing"—mapping out a high-integrity data hierarchy that visualizes absolute conversion numbers, commerce performance (CVR/GMV), and custom sharing toggles. This 0-to-1 execution successfully translated fragmented, unverified cross-platform social data into a structured, highly scalable Linktree design paradigm.

✄impact

Bringing this product from concept to launch established a massive new high-tier monetization vector, projected to capture $240,000 in incremental revenue in its first partial year. The project directly accelerated upsells into Pro, Premium, Teams, and Workspaces accounts. Success was measured through tightly optimized onboarding and publishing loops to maximize the Media Kit Publish Rate, significantly reducing a creator’s time-to-publish compared to building manual decks, and ultimately cutting agency-to-brand response times down.
